The Journey of 2Goals: From Vision to Reality
2Goals Agency & Management was founded in 2017 out of Jarkko Anttila’s deep passion for football. As a former player and the father of a young footballer, Jarkko had seen both the beauty and the harsh realities of the game. He witnessed how talented players often struggled without the right guidance, support, or opportunities — especially those coming from less privileged backgrounds. This inspired him to take action.
Driven by a love for football and a strong sense of purpose, Jarkko started 2Goals with a clear mission: to build a human-centered, honest, and ambitious agency that puts the player's well-being and long-term success above all else. He wanted to create something he himself would have needed during his own playing days — someone who truly cares, listens, and helps beyond the pitch.
